End-to-end technical project management, from gathering requirements to tracking changes, through specifications, development, and deployment — including designing the Evernex public API and setting up the internal digital infrastructure (AWS EC2 instance, on-premise servers). Leading the digital team's development side: process definition, tool choices, security, best practices. Managing a small team of in-house developers and external contractors. Building internal tools and automations, and administering the group's cloud/SaaS systems.
Evernex Public API v2
Context — With growing customer demand to automate interactions with Evernex (cases, asset inventory, contracts), a v1 already existed but remained limited in features, robustness, and security.
Approach — Start from scratch to build a proper professional REST API: public documentation, a private customer management site, and all the tooling around it.
Exact role — Development handled entirely solo (MuleSoft, 3-layer API-led connectivity, hosted on CloudHub 2.0), public documentation with Docusaurus, internal customer-tracking site in Python. Only the functional scoping was done together with the manager and business teams.

Results — Strong satisfaction expressed at every level — managers, business teams, developers, customers.
Evernex Internal Digital Platform
Context — The digital team only worked with external tools, with no structured decision process per project.
Approach — Consolidate all of that: real per-project decision processes, and a dedicated internal infrastructure.
Exact role — Designed and set up solo, from the initial idea through validation, to server configuration and process definition: a gateway on AWS EC2 with SSO, on-premise servers for heavier projects, all networked via Tailscale, plus a development template provided to the team (including a GitHub Actions CI/CD pipeline).

Results — Same story as the API: confirmed adoption and satisfaction at every level.
