Hosting

The site is hosted on an Oracle Cloud Infrastructure server provided by Oracle Corporation, 2300 Oracle Way, Austin, TX 78741, USA (oracle.com).

Traffic goes through the network of Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend Street, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA (cloudflare.com).

Personal data

Contact form: the name, email address and message you enter are emailed to Othman Amor through the Resend service (Resend, Inc., USA). They are not stored on the site's server and are only used to reply to your message.

Downtime leaderboards: the chosen name, score and game date are stored on the site's server to display the leaderboards. No account is created and no other data is linked to the name.

You can ask to access, correct or delete this data through the Contact page, and lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL (cnil.fr).

Cookies and local storage

The site uses no analytics and no advertising.

A technical cookie (NEXT_LOCALE) remembers your language, and a few preferences (volume, progress of some animations) are kept in your browser's storage. They are required for the site to work and do not need consent.

The radio and TV in the Downtime room use the embedded Spotify and YouTube players (YouTube in privacy-enhanced mode), loaded only when you open them. These services may then set their own cookies, governed by their privacy policies.

The texts, illustrations and code of this site belong to Othman Amor unless stated otherwise. Third-party brands, logos and content mentioned (projects, employers, services, music and video excerpts) belong to their respective owners.
